Graft Ciders, located in the city of Newburgh, was founded by siblings Kyle and Sarah Sherrer. Their dream is to "bring sour cider to the masses", paying respect to old-world styles of cider making while simultaneously experimenting with modern brewing techniques. All of their ciders employ century-old European traditions, using only indigenous yeast and bacteria to ferment to dryness. The ‘Farm Flor’ is a rustic table cider that is tart and earthy, a blend of wild yeast fermented cider and tart, farmhouse barrel aged cider. It’s bright and funky, like a perfect melding of cider and sour beer.
