Dry Sack Description
Dry Sack 15 Anos Solera Especial is a smooth and slightly sweet Oloroso produced by Williams & Humbert with the Palomino and Pedro Ximenez varieties in the D.O. Jerez-Xérès-Sherry denomination.
Once the Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grape varieties have been selected, Dry Sack 15 Anos Solera Especial is fermented and fortified with wine distilled alcohol up to 20.5ºC. Lastly it is aged by oxidation for a minimum of 15 years using the traditional system of Criaderas and Soleras.
Dry Sack 15 Anos Solera Especial is a sweet or “medium sweet” Oloroso Sherry wine with body and structure.
