Alma del Jaguar Description
This "high-proof" tequila blanco channels the nocturnal spirit of wild jaguars and is produced using single-estate agave and only wild yeast. This, combined with a maceration fermentation technique and distilling process that preserves only the heads and hearts, ensures a terroir-driven profile with concentrated flavors And aromas that evolve seasonally. No two batches are ever the same; each is a unique expression worthy of its own exploration and critique. Alma del Jaguar donates directly to and fundraises for conservation organizations that help protect wild jaguars in the U.S. and Mexico. We also make our tequila as sustainably as possible, using eco- friendly production methods, recycled glass bottles, agave fiber labels, and recycled cardboard boxes.
