Bimber Distillery Description
The 1st Peated has been crated from a marriage of four heavily peated American oak ex-bourbon casks, drawn from our earlies fully peated distillation in May 2019. It is the culmination of years of investigation and passion and a true embodiment of our continued dedication to traditional production methods.
The release consists of 1,140 bottles at an ABV of 54.1% and with an ‘in-bottle’ PPM of 14.4.
