Black Dirt New York Rye is distilled from 100% local rye grown in upstate New York. The mash bill consists of 90% rye and 10% malted rye. Color is dark amber. The whiskey is complex offering pronounced notes of rye spice & caramel with smooth chocolate & malt in the long finish. Great sipping rye and exceptional when mixed in cocktails.
