Our Distiller makes precise cuts ensuring only the hearts of the ethanol are collected, then slowly filtered using our proprietary charcoal filtration process. This corn-based vodka has a nearly neutral aroma and gentle vanilla and coconut sweetness on the palate. It roughs up a little on the drying finish, with hints of fiery ginger root. But chilled well to take the edge off the heat, it's a fine addition to vodka-based martinis, Gimlets and other cocktails.
