Their limited-edition Branchwater wheat whiskey is made from 100% wheat grown on the farm and is double-distilled to over 160 proof. Following this, the whiskey is aged in oak, before being finished in pinot noir and chardonnay barrels for 18 months. Before bottling, Branchwater wheat whiskey is cut to 45% alcohol.
