In a six month process an Erborist (master of herbs), combines a dry rich wine base with a variety of mountain flowers, roots and herbs, and a hint of wetness from tree sap. The resulting Amaro is bold, bitter and extraordinarily complex with unfolding layers of flavor. Unrivalled in palate effect and satisfaction, it makes for a perfect finish to a meal.
