We start by infusing fresh organic raspberries, jasmine blossoms, elderflowers, and hibiscus in our vodka base. Next we create a cane sugar reduction with the same botanicals - elderflower, jasmine, hibiscus, and raspberry. We blend the twoand let it steep for as long as necessary. Once the flavors are infused to our head distiller’s liking we bottle, label, and package everything by hand. Being careful to keep the hummingbirds at bay during the entire process.
