In 2014, Castle & Key was created by restoring one of the greatest former distilleries in America, the Old Taylor Castle, which dated back to 1887.
Made from a mash of rye, yellow corn and malted barley, Restoration Rye opens with aromas of honeyed lemon and apricot. Flavors of allspice and stone fruit lead to an elegant and nicely spiced finish. This is exceptional rye whiskey.
