Aromas of roasted peanuts, cacao, and marzipan on the nose transition to a round palate with notes of peanut butter, charred oak, and hazelnut.
Non-chill filtered; 45.5% ABV
Tasting Notes: A rich and spicy 4-year-old bourbon with a mash bill of New York-grown grain that includes 70% corn, 20% rye, and 10% malted barley. All of the caramel and vanilla one expects from a classic bourbon is complemented by dry tannin and the aroma of freshly cut lumber.
