Fosforo Description
Our newest expression is a spectacular blend of Espadilla and Tobalá. On the nose, you'll encounter inviting notes of bright citrus, white flowers, and early springtime aromatics. A cultivar cousin of the ever-popular Espadin plant, the Espadilla is native to Puebla and provides a more complex and fruit-forward backbone for our Ensamble.
On the nose are notes of bright citrus, white flowers, and early springtime aromatics. The palate offers a rich yet approachable combination of papaya, white pepper, and pear skin, which leads to the signature, lingering full mouthfeel that characterizes our Tobalá house style.
