Hine Description
A Fine Champagne blend of over 25 cognacs. More than 50% are from grapes grown in the Grande Champagne, and the remainder are from the Petite Champagne.

Bouquet: Candied apricot, ripe peaches, honey, fresh orange, roasted apples
Palate: No wood flavors, broad aromatic profile and velvety mouthfeel

Rancio and heather honey fill the nose with ripe plum, almond butter, coconut, and cream playing a supporting role. Lavish, sweet, and rich on the palate with excellent fruit components leading to a creamy, smooth finish.

The nut-brown spirit has big aromas of creme brulee, toffee, cigar tobacco and cocoa. After an initial sweetness on the tongue, it finishes relatively dry with lingering caramel, raisin, leather and orange peel flavors, and a bracing alcohol bite.
