Lindores Description
Lindores distillery have released their highly anticipated The Cask of Lindores. Distilled using locally grown barley the whisky was then aged exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks from the Jerez region in Spain.
Expect a whisky rich in moscovado sugar, dried-dark fruits, subtle spice, ginger and nutty undertones. The palate is smooth and the finish is persistent.
