Michel Couvreur Description
Michel Couvreur is well know for sourcing some incredible scottish spirit to aged in their bugundian caves, but the Unexpected no. 2 keeps it in France with a wonderfully fruity and creamy French spirit from Domaine des Hautes Glaces distillery in the French Alps.
Distilled using a wood fired still, an extremely rare process when it comes to whisky production.
Utilizing 3 different sherry casks, held in 2 different caves. Pedro Ximenez in the Dry cave and Oloroso and Amontillado held in the humid caver resulting in an incrediablly intense but silky smooth whisky.
