We handcraft our Silver Cachaca in tiny batches from organic sugarcane, estate-grown in the mountains of Southern Brazil. After copper pot still distillation, we rest it for one year in stainless steel to achieve unparalleled smoothness. Sip it neat or mix it up as no classic cocktail will evade its versatility.
Nose: banana blossoms
Palate: sweet red peppers, citrus, sea salt
Finish: clean cane, short
