Working hand-in-hand with the distillers at Rebel, this 4 year aged custom-crafted bourbon comes in at an impressive 56.5% abv. The character leans toward the sweet side with rich marmalade/orange peel aromatics, enhanced by a cinnamon and clove spice undertone.
The palate packs a little heat, but this whiskey goes down smooth. With a couple drops of water, it relaxes a bit letting its brighter aromatics shine through.
