Originally a limited edition created exclusively for La Maison du Whisky in Paris, now a permanent member of the family. The extra years in the barrel have given Redbreast 15 Year Old a more mellow taste profile than it's younger sibling, Redbreast 12 Year Old.

A delicate nose is equally strong with floral aromas complemented by light nuttiness and golden raisins. The suede like texture is elegant, first delivering sweet caramel notes over the palate, then turning to deep nutmeg, and finally a smooth and long lasting toasted vanilla finish.

Made with a combination of malted and unmalted barley, this 15-year-old builds on the beautiful flavors of the 12-year-old version, adding big, mouth-filling caramel tones, a spicy finish and a velvety feel. It’s also higher proof than the 12-year-old and needs some dilution to help cool it down.
