Grain-based vodka may be cheaper to produce, but for us, quality is what’s important. Every bottle contains 70-80 apples from local New York state farms. Fermented, distilled, and bottled under one roof, Upstate has a unique, light, crisp mouthfeel.
Tasting Notes: Soft apple nose, smooth and rich, creamy and dense, clean and soft with a hint of apple; this is an excellent candidate for drinking over ice.
