Our latest private barrel collaboration with Taconic Distillery is a maple lovers dream bourbon. This limited edition bourbon takes barrels used for grade A New York organic maple syrup and uses those to age Taconic Distillery's award-winning bourbon. The bourbon then rests for several months at Taconic Distillery's state-of-the-art warehouse.
The result of this effort yields a combination of sweetness and oak spice that glides effortlessly on the palate. The aromatics abound with notes of vanilla, caramel and burnt orange zest.
Bottled at an impressive 115 proof, this has a great peppery finish that complements the candied citrus and sweet caramel taste.
