This 21 Year Old Tobermory has been finished in Manzanilla casks, creating a delightfully sweet and spicy malt.
The Manzanilla Cask Finish on our unpeated Tobermory perfectly balances fresh citrus fruit with a gentle spiciness and bitter coffee and chocolate to create a delicious dram with a dry and long lasting finish.
Non-chillfiltered @ Cask Strength 53.8% ABV.

Hints of dried fruit, pears, citrus, toffee, spiced orange, leather and oak.
PALATE
Dry and slightly oily, citrus and dried fruit notes, hints of coffee and bitter chocolate, rich oak and subtle vanilla with an orange spice.

Dry and long lasting with hints of citrus, dried fruit and spice.
