We partnered with one of our favorite Instagram personalities @danthebourbonman on one of the first Wilderness Trail private barrels available to the state of New York and we couldn't be more excited. Of all of the great samples that we tasted, we couldn't be happier with our selection as the flavors here far surpassed our expectations.
Nose: Rich, fruity and earthy with dashes of cinnamon and raspberry.
Palate: A nice velvety texture with sweet grain and chocolate.
Finish: Oatmeal with a nice heat that remains present on the front palate for some time with a long rich coating on the back palate.
