Bohigas Description
Pale, shimmering lemon. Shortbread, Asian pear, yellow apple, and freshly cut herbs emerge first from the glass, with toasted brioche following. Beautifully clean and precise on the palate, with a focused cut of acid balanced with a richness from lees aging to round the mouthfeel. A classic example made with mostly indigenous varieties, showcasing the best of the region.
A blend of 50% Xarel-lo, 25% Macabeo, 15% Parellada, 10% Chardonnay
