Casa Bollen Description
Casa Bollen is a brand owned by the large company Viña del Nuevo Mundo S.A. They specialize in producing wines typical of the best regions of Chile. They work mainly with grape varieties typical to the area, especially Carmenere. However, there is also no shortage of products made from the vinification of the other international grape varieties found in Chile. Quality grapes that here in the foothills of the Andes are capable of producing wines of great pleasantness and drinkability.
Tasting Notes: A fine red, it is characterized by intense color. Definitely fruity, it also has a slight herbaceous note that may suggest Cabernet Sauvignon. Good right out of the box, this Chilean red is also suitable for aging.
