Hailing from the hillside vineyards of Asti, Italy where the climate is ideal for fragrant and delicious Moscato grapes – this is one of the few wines that actually tastes like the grapes do in the vineyard. Once delivered, the grape clusters are pressed and the juice is clarified immediately to maintain its complex aroma. The wine is then cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to draw out its full flavor and character.
