49% Chenin Blanc, 9% Clairette Blanche, 8% Sémillon, 7% Grenache Blanc, 7% Roussanne, 6% Verdelho, 6% Viognier, 4% Marsanne & 4% Colombard
Chenin blanc from shallow shale soils in the Paardeberg and iron rich clay soils to the west of Malmesbury are also added along with Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne, Verdelho and Grenache blanc from iron rich clay, lateral shale soils.

Dried apple, papaya, waxed lemon, apricot, acacia honey, chamomile, fennel seeds and dried spices on the nose. Medium-to full-bodied with fresh acidity and a layered, oily palate. Broad and delicious finish with lingering spice notes.
