Grape variety
Brachetto and Moscato grapes at 50%, the percentage may vary depending on the characteristics of the grapes in the individual vintages.
Origin of the grapes
The grapes grow in the hills of Agliano d'Asti and Nizza Monferrato.
The harvest
These grapes are usually harvested between the first and second week of September, with manual harvesting and selection of the bunches.
Vinification
In the cellar the grapes have been gently pressed to preserve all their aromas, the must macerates with the marc for 4/5 days in order to extract all the color and aromatic kit. After racking, fermentation continues at low temperature in an autoclave with second fermentation. Bottling takes place in isobaric conditions, just before being launched on the market.
The characters
Cherry-colored with violet reflections. The scent is broad and persuasive with flavors of wild strawberries, raspberry and rose. The taste is sweet but well supported by the presence of acidity which makes it fragrant and balanced.
Conservation
Young and fruity wine, it expresses all its pleasantness just after the second fermentation or in the months immediately following.
At the table
It is very pleasant to taste in the company of spoon desserts, cakes, dried pasta, tarts with red fruit jams and sorbets. Also perfect for consumption between meals to accompany a moment to devote to yourself.
