Laherte Freres Description
This delightful champagne is made from a combination of organically and biodynamically farmed grapes that partially go through malolactic fermentation. The blend includes 40% reserve wines and spends three years on the lees. The result is a very pretty nose with white flowers and lightly nutty, spicy yeast aromas that lead into a dry, reserved, balanced, acidic, and slightly lean palate. A quietly serious, sophisticated Blanc de Blancs.
