One of the best Cabernet Franc wines we've encountered from New York. This has a wonderfully rich texture and sports a melange of aromatics like red berries, fresh garden herbs, black pepper, and dried flowers. The texture is elegant and delightfully supple. This is a winner!
Osmote Description
Lightly extracted with a combination of red fruits and subtle herbs. The whole cluster fermentation brings generosity to the mid palate in a wine that is light and lithe with medium tannins and full Finger Lakes acidity.
