A wonderful example of dry white from Alsace. Freshness is the key here, with bright green apple and yellow plum notes backed up by a discrete floral hint. Racy but restrained, this will pair nicely with crab cakes, fried fish or creamy chicken dishes.

Based on Pinot Blanc and an ever-decreasing proportion of Auxerrois from a very warm and dry vintage, the 2022 Pinot Blanc Cuvée Les Amours (or "Classic" in certain markets) has a clear and finely aromatic bouquet of bright fruits. The wine is lush and round on the palate, intense and structured and provided with fine, ripe acidity and a good finish. This is an excellent gastronomic white bottled with 13% stated alcohol.
