Raphael Midoir Description
Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats with no added sulfites from harvest to bottling. Long maceration, maturing on the lees during 12 months in temperature controlled stainless steel tank. Bottled au Domaine.
The wine has an intense garnet-red color, with purple tint. The nose is very expressive, with blackberry liquor, ripe fruits aromas and a hint of caramel. The mouthfeel is complex and intense displaying and harmonious structure with a broad finish characterized by delicate violet notes.
