Tenuta Casenuove Description
Controlled-temperature vinification in raw concrete tanks guarantees stability in the wine’s first stage. Maceration lasts for up to a month, with pumping over and racking to extract and purify. The wine then ages for 12 months in a mix of large Slavonian oak casks and raw concrete tanks. Once in the bottle, the wine is left to mature for 6
months.
TASTING NOTES: A balanced wine with an inviting, fresh acidity, our Chianti Classico is characterized by black fruit notes, ripe tannins and a touch of savouriness. The finish is dry and savoury with a pleasant persistence.
