Murgo Description
The particular conditions of the soils and the micro-climate of Mt. Etna greatly influence this wine’s characteristics. The higher acidity of the Caricante grapes is balanced by the Catarratto grapes, increasing this wine’s complexity. The special finesse of the bouquet and the taste derives from the vulcanic soils of the Etna.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with delicate green notes. Floral (broom, chamomile and white flowers), delicate and persistent. Savory, harmonious, fine, with good persistence and intensity.
It is an ideal wine to be served with delicate food.
A blend of 70% Carricante and 30% Catarratto Bianco
