A certified organic and varietal Xarel-lo from one of Spain's pioneering producers for estate grown sparkling wines. Xarel-lo is a variety that imparts fantastic freshness to sparkling wines due to its high acidity, and in a varietal form it is a beautiful fresh and textured white with the acid of Txakoli and the richness of Godello. Certified vegan.
Vinous Media: 90 Points
Pale yellow. Fresh pear and honeydew melon on the fragrant nose, along with a subtle floral nuance. Silky and open-knit, showing good depth and a touch of waxiness to the ripe orchard and citrus fruit flavors. The melon note comes back on a smooth, persistent finish that features a refreshing bitter orange zest flourish.
