Raicilla is essentially mezcal produced in the state of Jalisco, where tequila is king. And like mezcal, the production process here is rigorous, natural and rooted in tradition. This spirit is fresh, pretty and very engaging with notes of berry fruits, pickled strawberries, mint and evergreen forest and minerals. A beautiful spirit that delivers way above its price-tag.
