White wine. Göttlesbrunn, Austria. Biodynamic. 100% Harslevelu. Made from an ancient Austro-Hungarian variety, which Birgit has planted (over-grafted) on a .5 ha parcel. A layered bouquet with aromas of hay, almonds, prunes, and lime blossom. Fresh and elegant on the palate, different and complex, with a lovely finish. A wine that gets better with every sip.
