This killer dessert wine is from the far south of Spain. The grapes are concentrated by drying and then very slowly fermented. Brandy is added to stop fermentation and you end up with a super sweet wine with toffee, dried fruit flavors balanced with zesty acidity. Unique and wonderful.

Bright. Transparent. Brilliant. Thick. Dark mahogany color. Intense aroma, with some deepness and complexity of dried Pedro Ximenez grapes. Dates, cane honey. Roasted aromas. Reasonable structure in the mouth, thick, warm. Very persistent. Elegant memories of raisins and fig.
