Domaine Boussey Description
Beaune takes its name from the capital of Burgundy, known for its legendary Hospice de Beaune. This medieval city is a true trading center for all the region's wines. The Beaune appellation contains by far the most Premier Cru vineyards, covering approximately 30 hectares. Most of the wines produced here are red. This “Les Prévoles” is the fruit of old vines (average 60 years).
Nose: A real terroir nose with black fruit and soft herbs.
Taste: A powerful attack with velvety tannic structure. The pallet brings a lot of fruit, with the main impressions being cassis, mulberry and blackberries. With age, notes of leather and truffle come more to the fore.
