A fascinating value from one of Spain's great winemakers, Raul Perez. This 100% old-vine, high-altitude Garnacha is made using organic and biodynamic methods.
Given its price point, Las Cabanuelas is remarkably rewarding. It has an abundance of concentrated mixed red berry fruit, peppery notes, and underlying dried herb aromatics. Medium-bodied, supple and a nice match for grilled meats, sausages and paellas.

Raul Perez is the winemaker and a partner in the project, old vine Garnacha farmed without herbicides and pesticides and according to the lunar cycles
Las Cabanuelas Cabrero is made from purchased Garnacha sources throughout the Cebreros zone on both granite and slate fermented naturally in concrete and then aged for 6 months in used French oak.
