An ample yet fresh wine, with notes of blue flowers and red fruit and a long, silky finish. Old Mencía vines from Bierzo’s clay soils. The wine undergoes Malolactic fermentation in French oak.
It is a vibrant and complex young wine that will complement a wide variety of cheeses and grilled meats.
