Konigschaffhausen Kiechlinsbergen Description
Made from 100% Spatburgunder (Pinot Noir) made as a white wine, without skin contact, the same method as used in Champagne, but as a still wine! The grapes come from the volcanic soils of the terraced Kaiserstuhl vineyard in Baden, one of the regions top sites for Spatburgunder. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and rests on the fine lees for a few months until bottling. The resultant wine is dry, fun, fruity and floral with a complexity and refreshment unlike anything else in Baden!
