Rivarose Sparkling Brut Rosé is 100% syrah. On the nose, strawberry and raspberry aromas dominate, the company says, while in the mouth the wine is bright with notes of citrus fruits and spice. This is an aperitif pairing with cured meats, crudités or Provencal dishes.
