Poggio al Casone Description
Normally found in Trentino (Northern Italy) the Teroldego grape is finding a new home among the sunny foothills and expanse of vineyards in Tuscany. What we love about Teroldego is the beautiful aromatics, complexity and structure with lower alcohol content. It's an expression of organic viticulture. Medium-bodied, fresh, velvety with well-integrated tannins, and 12 months in French oak. In a picture-perfect vintage, this Italian red is a standout for the price!
