Vivid ruby-red. Rich and deep in pitch, displaying powerful raspberry and blueberry scents together with smoky floral and herbal nuances. Tactile and structured, showing ripe, subtly spicy red berry and dark plum flavors. The finish features chewy tannins, candle flowers and outstanding persistence. After bottling the wine is held back in the bottles for 6 years until it's ready for release. Great with stews or grilled meats.
