Brilliant salmon skin color. Fresh and focused on the nose, displaying vibrant strawberry, nectarine and melon scents and a spicy touch of white pepper. Silky and open-knit, showing good depth and energy to its juicy pit fruit and red berry flavors. A hint of orange zest lends bite to the juicy finish, which hangs on with very good tenacity.

The wine is peppery as well as full of ripe fruit. Red berry and spice flavors come together in a wine whose name recalls the commanders of the Knights Templar in the Middle Ages.
