Bernard Fouquet's Le Petit Clos comes in at a dryness level somewhat closer to sec than demi-sec, so it's fairly dry. There are lovely aromatics and flavors throughout, with orchard fruits predominating, enhanced by citrus and chalky character. This is gorgeous on its own, but will pair tremendously with roast pork or chicken.
