This is the first vintage rosé from Billecart-Salmon. It is made from 55% grand cru Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir.
This has a beautiful pink hue with abundant effervescence. Pronounced strawberry and raspberry, ripe melon, and lime zest aromatics. Well-defined yet graceful, there are citrus, tangerine and strawberry flavors that finish with a touch of white pepper. The texture is creamy with marvelous precision.
